“Our stay was great. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The room and property was clean and well kept. The bed in the room is my only complaint. It was so hard and uncomfortable. Everything else was awesome!! ”

“I came in for an evening with my dog for a family members wedding. Mike was very friendly and responsive at my time. It’s a very beautiful piece of property. Additionally the rental area has everything you would need. You can tell that the effort is put in to be as helpful and accommodating for the stay. I would come again and appreciate the hospitality!”

“We enjoyed the quiet during off- season in the cozy cabin. Loved sitting on the enclosed front porch. Located close to Fort Harrod and Shaker Village which were both enjoyable visits.”

“A true historic gem in a beautiful area of Kentucky! The cottage is spacious, well appointed, and was immaculately clean on our arrival. We stayed five nights and enjoyed the property immensely. But what the website cannot convey is the sheer sense of history you experience by staying in this wonderful place. Merchants Row, where the cottage is situated, is largely unchanged from its 1840s origins. The house across the road had a cannonball through its window during the Civil War, another...

“The cute little blue cottage was perfect for our stay in Harrodsburg. Easy walk to the historic downtown. The cottage was very comfortable and well appointed. Good location for our tours to some bourbon distilleries and Shakertown Village. We would love to stay again if we get back to Harrodsburg area. Thank you!”

“This is our 2nd stay at this property, and my family and I love how quiet and serene it is. The location is perfect for us to visit family yet still feel like we're taking a vacation from normal life. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and spacious. We'll be back!!”

“Peaceful and simple. The beds were all very comfortable, great kitchen with everything you need, and a beautiful backyard. The hosts were very communicative and recommended a great place for a Friday night dinner. Our stay exceeded my expectations. ”
